Booking & Payments
– A valid booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
– Full payment may be required prior to or upon arrival, depending on the booking platform used.
– Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on notice and circumstances.
Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in: 15:00
– Check-out: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Guest Responsibilities
– Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damage or loss caused during your stay may incur charges.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
– Parties or events are not permitted unless agreed in writing in advance.
Liability
Kythnos Home and its owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend that guests have appropriate travel insurance.
Privacy
All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes.
Parking
Free private parking is provided on-site for all guests. We are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
